A 6-story PUNKT office building is under construction in Gdańsk. The intimate, glass-walled building will be 12,700 sqm of exceptional space for work and business development.
In October last year, PUNKT reached its planned height. The façade is currently being installed. The design of the office building includes tilt windows, a system of individual temperature control and an extensive infrastructure dedicated to cyclists. Tenants will be able to use an app with a lot of practical functions in the building. A distinguishing feature of PUNKT will be 3-meter-high office spaces and a terrace on the fourth floor with a place to relax and recreation.
The building will be LEED v4 certified, which certifies that it meets the highest environmental standards related for example the use of environmentally friendly building materials, low water consumption and energy efficiency. In addition, PUNKT will also be a certified "Barrier-Free Facility" with facilities for people with disabilities.
The development will provide 310 parking spaces, including 85 on the underground parking. The office building is scheduled for completion in Q3 2024.
