The next Skanska’s investment in Warsaw will be located in the city block defined by Okopowa Street, Leszno Street and Solidarności Awenue – commonly called Serek Wolski (because of its triangle shape looking like a piece of cheese).
The high-rise designed by Kuryłowicz&Associates will be the core of the complex consisting of 130 meters high construction and two lower ones. The complex will provide approx. 70,000 sq m of office space altogether, which high standards will be guaranteed by the platinum LEED certificate.
The investment will proceed in three stages. The construction of the first building, which has already obtained a building permit, is going to launch in the second half of 2016. The skyscraper will be the last part, which is estimated to appear in 5 years. The complex in Serek Wolski is going to be finished in 2021.
