PHN Group - a new entity formed as a result of consolidation of the state-owned companies from real estate sector, intends to construct a 150-meter high skyscraper on the site at Świętokrzyska Street.
The building will provide approximately 65 000 sqm of rentable office space. The investor has already applied to the City Hall for a zoning plan.
