The construction of the first stage of the project at Kaczorowskiego Street in Białystok has begun. The nine-storey office building with an area of approx. 18,000 sqm is being built there. The office building will combine office and retail functions.
There are also plans to build a second building further inland from the plot. Details of this building are not yet known.
Construction of the first office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
