The GD&K Group company based in Cracow, will develop in Powiśle district an elegant office building. The office building will be located in a square of: Cicha, Zajęcza, Topiel and Tamka Streets. Carpathia Office House will be an intimate object offering approximately 4 700 sqm of usable space for lease. Completion of the investment is scheduled for the end of next year. Currently the selection of general contractor is underway.
