There will be an ecological office building at Postępu Street. The building will get one of the most important in Europe Swiss certificate of energy efficiency.
The building was designed for the Swiss Schindler company by the architectural studio Grotte Art. Thanks to the implementing of ecological and energy efficient solutions, the operating costs could be reduced by up to 45%.
