One of the most valuable tenement houses in Łódź, once the residence of Hilary Majewski - a former city architect, will be revitalized and entirely dedicated to office space.
The tenement house was built in 1886 at 11 Włókiennicza Street. Until now, the original marble stairs, a decorated gate, as well as stucco and wooden gates have been preserved. The historic elements will be restored, and the completion of the revitalization works is scheduled for Q1 2022.
A green passage is being built on the west side of the tenement house, which will create a modern and friendly space in the city center. Intensive construction work in the passage will end in 2021.
