The historic building erected at the end of the 19th century will turn into a modern office building of the 21st century. Kantor Poznańskiego is undergoing modernization works.
The building will offer modern offices for rent as well as commercial and service premises on the ground floor.
Thanks to the extension of an additional floor, Kantor Poznańskiego will gain glazed office space and a viewing terrace. The building is located at 15a Ogrodowa Street between the factory gate and the palace. Tenants will have over 2,000 sq m of rentable space at their disposal.
