Warsaw's HOP office building, located in Wola district, has received a WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. The certificate is awarded by the International WELL Building Institute, and as part of the certification process, among other things, the building's water and air quality and sanitation compliance are assessed. The result confirmed that HOP meets applicable health and safety standards.
HOP recently underwent a modernization, as a result of which the facade of the office building received a visual metamorphosis. In addition, a 600 sqm recreational green plaza was built in front of the building, a 1,000 sqm coworking zone was created on floor zero, and a bicycle zone was prepared for tenants. The building's underground garage has gained charging stations for electric cars. The HOP office building offers more than 14,000 sqm of usable space, the building is made up of 6 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, and the underground parking garage has 94 parking spaces dedicated to the facility's tenants. It is worth mentioning that the building also has BREEAM in Use Excellent and "Building without Barriers" certificates.
