Construction works of Generation Park X on Daszyńskiego roundabout have just started. The building will have 11 storeys above groung and 2 underground floors. Budynek X will provide approx. 21,000 sqm of leasing space. Its finish is planned for Q4 2017.
Generation Park complex will consist of three buildings: X and Y with approx. 40,000 sqm and 140-meters high tower Z with approx. 44,000 sqm office and retail space.
