Completion of the first building within the Olivia Business Centre office complex, is planned for IIIQ of 2011. Olivia Gate building will provide about 16 000 sqm of rentable office space and 2 000 sqm of retail space.
In III Q 2011 TPS developer plans also to begin the construction of the next office building Olivia Office with approximately 16 600 sqm of usable space. Until the 2017, will arise five more buildings. The entire complex will have a 120 000 sqm of usable space in total, including more than 100 000 sqm of office space.
