An official ceremony of embedding a foundation stone was held at the Fuzja complex in Łódź, former Scheibler's Manufacture.
The project consists of 20 multifunctional buildings. The residential area will deliver over 600 apartments and office buildings around 40,000 sqm. In the historical parts of the manufacture, numerous shops and restaurants will be opened. Space will breathe life into this part of the city. In the first phase, the residential buildings will be constructed.
