Office-retail complex Ethos has obtained a building permit.
According to the new project the building located at Trzech Krzyży Square will be modernized and extended. Future tenants will be able to use over 10,000 sq m of office space, large retail space and underground parking lot.
Completion date is planned for the middle of 2016.
