Deka Immobilien Fund acquired 100% of shares in Warsaw building North Gate. The value of transaction mediated by the Jones Lang LaSalle Agency and Salans law firm is estimated at 103 mln euro. The building situated between Muranowska, bonifraterska and Genarała Andersa Streets was purchased from the Austrian Volksbank Group and developer Premiumred company. North gate constructed in 2008 provides 30 000 sqm of rentable usable space, spread over 24 storey.
