Teal Office, part of the Off Piotrowska Center complex located in Łódź, has been awarded with the BREEAM certificate on the level "very good".
The office block fulfilled the requirements of the categories: energy, transport, health and quality of life in over 85%. Soon, solutions limiting water consumption and elevators with reduced power consumption will appear in the building. Optimum temperature will be guaranteed by air conditioning with the functions of effective heat recovery and free cooling. Energy-efficient LED lighting will be used in the edifice. A green roof, which is to provide the absorption of carbon dioxide and production of oxygen, has also been planned. All of this will be supplemented by BMS.
