A contract has been signed for an investment in Warsaw. It is planned to be realised in five stages, four of which include the construction of separate business buildings that will offer around 100,000 sqm of space. The final stage will be the construction of a new building for the Warsaw Gdańska railway station. It is expected to have an area of 1,900 sqm.
It is planned that the buildings will be constructed to the south of the platforms. A detailed timetable for the project has not yet been made known.
