The Unidevelopment company bought from Norwegian Selvaag Eiendom As Company the plot of land located at Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue in Warsaw's Wola district. The new owner is planning to develop nine-stories office building called Wola House that will offer nearly 20 000 sqm of office space for lease. The three floors underground parking will house space for approximately 248 cars. The general construction will be carried out by the Unibep company. The start of the construction is scheduled for the end of this year, while the completion for spring of 2014.
