Warsaw, 26 June 2017 - Arthrex Polska – the Polish division of an orthopedic medical device company – will relocate to Astrum Business Park located in the Włochy district of Warsaw. The company has leased 540 sq m of modern office space along with 135 sq m of industrial space.
Arthrex will relocate to its new office in July 2017. Experts from JLL represented Arthrex in the process of selecting the new office location for the company.

In addition, we also sought industrial space that is necessary for our company because of the specificity of our business activity. Astrum Business Park is able to meet all these requirements. The project is located on the crossroads of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Łopuszczańska Streets and in close proximity to WKD Raków station. PROCHEM S.A. – the co-investor, designer and general contractor for the investment – will ultimately provide its tenants with 800 parking places of which 650 will be located in a two-storey underground garage. Furthermore, the company is also planning to introduce a charging station for electric cars and infrastructure for cyclists.
The building is located in the Włochy district of Warsaw and in close proximity to a Warsaw Commuter Railway station – WKD Raków. Furthermore, the scheme is located on the crossroads of the two main arterial roads that link the Eastern districts of Warsaw with its Śródmieście borough. In addition, the city centre and Warsaw Chopin Airport are only 15 and 10 minutes away respectively by public transport. Astrum Business Park is located near the main route to Kraków, Katowice and Łódź.
