The fifth highest building in Europe, Varso Place, is growing. The name of the office building refers to the name of Warsaw in Latin – Varsovia.
The Varso Place office complex will consist of three buildings. The highest of them will be a 230-meter tower with an openwork spire. On the top floor of the tower there will be a viewing terrace from which, for a fee, you can admire the entire panorama of the city. It is worth noting that this terrace will be twice as high as the observation deck of the Palace of Culture and Science.
The ground floor of the Varso Place complex will be available 24/7. There will be reception areas, cafes, restaurants, green rest areas and a point leading to the observation deck.
It is estimated that the construction of Varso Place will last until the end of 2021, and the entire complex will provide over 70,000 office space.
