Located at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets, the A+ Central Point office building is taking shape. The underground part of the investment has already been completed, 4 levels of an underground garage, which will offer its tenants and guests 80 parking spaces, electric car charging stations, parking spaces for bicycles, as well as changing rooms and showers. The fifth floor is being currently constructed.
The planned completion date is the third quarter of 2021. The Central Point office building will provide nearly 20,000 sq m. on 21 above-ground storeys, of which approximately 18,000 sq m. will be designed for offices and over 1,000 sq m. for commercial and service units.
