The Obrzeżna Center office building in Mokotów will change its function in the near future. The building located at 7 Obrzeżna Street has been offering office space for rent for years.
The office building was built in 1986 and offered approximately 10,000 sq m of office space for rent on 6 above-ground floors and an underground parking lot.
Currently, it is planned to transform the building's function from office to residential.
