Gdański Business Center I is a fifth Warsaw's office building which recieved prestigious BREEAM certificate "Excellent". This project is fully supplied with renewable energy and offers many ecologic solutions e.g. elevators with LED lighting and regenerative brake. First part of the complex was finished in June 2014 and second part is supposed to be completed until Q2 2016.
