An office complex in Gdansk called Cube Office Park is currently undergoing transformations aimed at increasing its environmental friendliness. The first step in the process of modernizing the complex was the transformation of the representative part of building A. The new LED lighting installed in the reception rooms has the function of light intensity regulation, which will enable the optimization of future energy costs. In addition, changing rooms for cyclists have been renovated.
Further improvements are planned in buildings B and C. The manager of the complex plans to modernize the reception of both facilities in the coming months. The courtyard of the complex is also undergoing a green metamorphosis. Cube Office Park offers tenants nearly 20,000 sqm of leasable space and 637 parking spaces.
