Located on Dekerta Street in Krakow, the 4-storey office building Diamante Plaza has been awarded the BREEAM In-use green certificate at the Excellent level.
It was evaluated mainly for its technical condition, systems, and equipment minimizing its impact on the environment, as well as the building's management in the spirit of sustainable development.
Certification of a long-standing building not only increases its value and prestige but also proves that tenants of Diamante Plaza work in a place where ecology, health, and well-being of employees are among the most important issues.
The office building was built in 2009.
