D48 is a new investment bound to appear in Warsaw district Mokotów. The building offering 26,000 sq m high-standard office space for lease is the very first Penta Investment project on Polish real estate market. Penta is the investment group dynamically developing since 1994, mainly in Czech Republic and Slovakia, as far as the real estates are concerned.
Office complex with retail in the groundfloor is a modern, functional space, contemporary design and environmentally friendly technologies, which are proved by the LEED certificate. The construction located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Postępu Street will contain two parts – 11 storey and 8 storey segments. Additionally, the building will provide park places on two floors of underground car park and also overground ones, even the places enabling charging the vehicles with electric drive.
The finish of the construction works is announced on III quarter 2017.
