The owner of the Adgar Plaza complex, located in Warsaw's Sluzewiec, has purchased a 7,000 sqm plot of land adjacent to its investment. The newly purchased will enable Adgar Plaza to be expanded with another modern office building. Currently the complex consists of three buildings: Adgar Plaza A, Adgar Plaza B and Adgar Plaza ONE, which together offer tenants as much as 39,000 sqm of leasable space.
The business district of Mokotow is one of the main locations for Warsaw’s modern office buildings that represent ESG standards. The expansion of Adgar Plaza will surely contribute to the enrichment of the lease offer of office space in Mokotow. The starting date for the construction of the new Adgar Plaza office building has not been announced yet.
